How to choose a table lamp

The selection of table lamp mainly depends on the following aspects, and you can basically choose your own table lamp:

1. Illuminance

Generally, illuminance (unit: lux) is used to evaluate the illuminance of table lamp. At present, the market lamps are divided into Class A and Class AA. Level A illumination requirements are: the illumination of the central area shall be at least 300 lux, and the illumination of the edge shall be 150 lux; The illumination requirements of AA level are: the illumination of the central area shall be at least 500 lux, and the illumination of the edge shall be 250 lux.

In addition, we also need to consider the uniformity of illumination, the more uniform the better. The appropriate lamp brightness is related to the environment, the characteristics of reading and writing materials, and the length of reading and writing time.

2. Color temperature

Color temperature is the temperature of light. The color temperature suitable for reading and writing is the medium color temperature, which is between "warm light" and "cold light", which can keep the brain moderately excited and improve efficiency, and is suitable for reading and writing for a long time. The light with high color temperature will turn white. In this light, the attention will be more concentrated, but the eyes will also be more tired because of too much concentration; The light with low color temperature tends to yellow-red, which is visually comfortable. If you read and write under such light, it is easy to cause drowsiness.

3. Color rendering index

After the light source shines on the object, the color displayed on the surface of the object is called the color rendering of the light source. The color rendering index is used to measure the color rendering of the light source.

The color rendering index of lamps and lanterns should try to restore the true color of the object as much as possible to reduce the fatigue of vision.
Generally, the color rendering index Ra should not be lower than 80, and the quality is higher if it is higher than 90.

4. Stroboscopic and anti-blue light

Stroboscopic: The lamp shall not flicker perceptible to the naked eye. Generally, the strobe that can be recognized by the naked eye is about below 80Hz.
Blue light: retinal blue light hazard level shall be RG0.

5. Whether the lamp cover can cover the lamp body

If the lampshade cannot cover the lamp body, the eyes will be directly exposed to the light, affecting the vision

6. Meet the optical performance conditions

Meet the requirements of shading, desktop illumination and illumination uniformity
